This our third time staying here for our Anniversary. This time for our 38th anniversary. I was able to plan for only one night here, but thankful we could make it work. My wife loves the beach and lazy river pool. Looking back at my calendar, we have stayed here in 4 year increments. Not sure how that happened. We have always enjoyed the closeness to the beach and the lazy river pool. The rooms have always been great and clean. The staff has always been great here. When we got here, our reservation had been cancelled because we didn't recheck in. I had called the night before when the Canary tech service crashed.  I called & confirmed our arrival at about 4pm.  The receptionist,  Nikki was so kind and quickly resolved the issue and got us a room. She went above and beyond and we are definitely coming back because of her.   You n÷d to revamp the Canary Tech pre-check process though.

Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.  Our server, Amy was a breath of fresh air, giving a smile & friendly greeting to all. She made sure our drinks were filled and was a pleasure to deal with.   We'll worth the visit.

Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn next door which is connected by the owner. They are professional and positive i appreciate the service they provide Lonni is a great bartender and provides amazing service with a positive attitude!
